Bruce Bulloch
SVP, Commercial Lines Producer

Bruce graduated from the College of Pentecost in 1976. In 1978, he joined the marketing department of American Indemnity Insurance Group where he worked with over fifty agents in the state of Louisiana. Bruce left the company ranks in 1985 to become Sales Manager for Troy & Nichols Insurance Agency in Monroe, LA. In 1994, Bruce, along with the other agency managers and two financial partners, purchased the Troy & Nichols Insurance Agency. In January of 2005, they sold the agency to Community Financial Insurance Center, LLC, where Bruce served as Chief Production Officer. Bruce currently serves as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lines.



David Hoogland, CIC
Commercial Lines Producer


David graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  He began his insurance career in 1988 with State Farm Insurance in Dallas, Texas, as an  Automobile Claims Adjuster specializing  in property and injury claims.  David also worked on the National Catastrophe team working hurricane claims, hail claims, and other disasters.  David is I-CAR certified.  In 1998, after 10 years in claims, David left operations and the state of Texas, and moved “home” to pursue a career as an Independent Insurance Agent.  In 2002, David joined Troy & Montgomery Insurance Agency as a Commercial Lines Producer, a position he continues to hold today with Community Financial Insurance Center.  

David is active in the Dixie Youth Baseball program, has coached youth sports, served on various church committees, and several civic organization boards.  He is married to Kellye, a kindergarten teacher, and has two sons, Jay and Will.



 
 

Robert Formeller, CIC, CMIP
Commercial Lines Producer


Robert Formeller is an Insurance Producer with Community Financial Insurance Center. In this role, he works with clients to evaluate known as well as hidden risks to develop an insurance program that will minimize the cost of insurance while providing the protection that they want. Robert entered the Insurance business as an agent for Prudential Insurance Company in 1976.  In 1982, he opened his own practice creating Formeller & Associates.  In 1990, he and Warren Bogan merged their agencies to create Bogan & Formeller , Inc., where he remained the managing partner until the Agency was bought by Community Financial Insurance Center in 2005.  Robert is an extremely qualified insurance professional who holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and the CMIP (Certified Marine Insurance Professional) designations. Robert is also a certified Health Care Reform Specialist. 

Robert (better known as “Bob”) has served the last four years as a member of the Finance Committee for Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.   He has lived in Denham Springs, LA since 1976. He has two daughters and three wonderful grandchildren.

 
  

 
 

Warren Bogan
Commercial Lines Producer


Warren graduated from Baton Rouge High School, and attended both USL in Lafayette and LSU in Baton Rouge.  Warren is a third generation Insurance Producer.  His grandfather, Cyrus J. Bogan, founded Bogan Agency, Inc. in 1919.  Warren’s parents later ran the agency, and he began working there in late 1973, and obtained his license in 1974.  Warren has been a Commercial Lines Producer with Community Financial Insurance Center, LLC, since July 1, 2005.

Warren is married to Carol Benton Bogan, and is the father of three children—daughter, Lacy Richard; son, Cyrus Bogan; and daughter, Paige Bogan.  He is the grandfather of two angels – Luke Bogan Richard and Olivia Grace Richard.   Warren is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge.  His hobbies include bow hunting at his property near Natchez, Mississippi, and he is also an avid LSU football fan.


 
 

Bill Whatley
Life & Health Producer


Bill received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Delta State University in 1983. Upon graduating, he began a career in Food Service Management with dietary departments of hospitals.  After 10 years, he decided to change careers.  Bill was hired by Equitable Life Insurance and began selling life, health, annuities, and securities.  In January 2004, Bill was hired as a Life & health producer for Troy & Montgomery Insurance, now Community Financial Insurance Center.  Bill is also a certified Health Care Reform Specialist. 

Bill is married with two children and a daughter-in-law, and attends First United Methodist Church.  When time permits, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and attending sporting events. 


 
 

Doug Ratcliff
Life & Health Producer


Doug is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1985, with a B.S. degree in General Studies.  He began his career in 1986 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Pecan Hill Country Club in Bunkie, LA, and moved to Monroe in 1987 to become the Assistant Golf Professional at Bayou DeSiard Country Club. In 1988, Doug began his insurance career at New York Life as a Registered Representative and he continues to be affiliated with New York Life. In order to better serve his clients, Doug has expanded his practice offering employee benefits and is currently licensed with most carriers in this arena. In December 2007, Doug joined Community Financial as a Life & Health producer and is a certified Health Care Reform Specialist.

Doug is married to Holly Stewart Ratcliff and they have one daughter, Taylor Anne. Doug is an avid bow hunter, enjoys playing golf and loves LSU Football.  


 
 

Jeanette Credo
Sr. Vice President and Financial Institutions Manager/Producer


Jeanette Credo has over 35 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industries. She is responsible for securing new and retaining existing financial institution accounts. Credo was previously Assistant Vice President with Zurich North America Financial Enterprises where she developed and managed strategic relationships with emphasis on sales of Financial Enterprises products to distributors, banking associations and financial institution customers in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Kentucky. Prior to that, Credo was a Financial Services Executive with Zurich, where she established strong market presence for the company in Louisiana by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, practicing customer-focused relationship management and actively participating in the Louisiana Bankers Association (LBA). She has also worked as a Property and Casualty Underwriter for Fidelity and Deposit Company, and Crum and Forster in Metairie, Louisiana.


 
 

Ricky Credo
Financial Institutions Producer


Ricky A. Credo graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors of Arts in Small Business Management. He joined Community Financial Insurance Center as a Financial Institutions Producer in 2015. Prior to joining CFIC, Ricky was a banker at a Regional Banking Institution. Ricky brings his years in banking to Community Banks by assisting them in their Professional , Cyber & Property and Casualty Insurance needs.

Ricky was President of Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization (CEO), a student organization that focused on increasing the presence and success of student owned business.
